일명삼방변(THREE-WAY VALVE)이라고도 하며 단순한 GAS의 흐름 방향을 바꾸는 역할을 하는 삼방밸브와는 달리 양쪽에 각각의 안전밸브 붙여 대기온에서 진공 파괴 되었을 때 용량을 감당하도록 용량선정이 되어있으며 TANK주위에 화재가 나고 진공이 파괴된 경우 탱크의 표면온도가 800℃가 되었을 때 증발되는 가스의 량을 감당하도록 용량을 선정 설비하였다.

(This is called THREE-WAY VALVE and is different to THREE VALVE that changes the simple flow direction of GAS. When the safety valve in each is broken on air temparature, this has the capacity standard for taking capacity. And this has a rupyurepan capacity for taking the evaporated gas hen the surface temperature comed 800℃ after a fire occurs around tank and the vcacuum is broken.)
These Cryogenic 3-way diverter valves are designed to protect the tank from excess over pressure in the event of fire or other emergencies.
They are especially useful in installations where space and cost limitations are important. These valves are adjustable with adjusting screw and locknut for pressure setting.
